| Abstract: | According to information that author went to Taiwan Area for academic exchanges,combined with document and the relevant research material,this paper makes a systemic research on the legislation,social position,coordination and guidance,recruitment and use of professional staff of library in Taiwan Area from the librarianship management.On this base the compared review provides experience in our work. |
