| 摘 要： | 治理理论为非政府组织参与公共服务提供了理论支撑,对我国公共服务供给有很强的借鉴意义。我国非政府组织成长与发育有着特殊制度环境,它参与公共服务有着独特的优势,同时也存在着诸多困境。为了能够较好的满足社会公众对公共服务的需求,提升我国非政府组织公共服务供给能力显得尤为迫切。

| Abstract: | Governance theory for non-governmental organizations in public service provides a theoretical support of our country,the supply of public service has a strong reference.Non-government organizations growth and development,it has a special system environment in public service has its unique advantages,there are also many difficulties.In order to better satisfy the social public to public service demand,improve non-government organizations the supply of public service ability is very important. |
