| 摘 要： | 学科馆员制度经历了初试已进入发展成熟阶段，为教学科研人员所信任和依赖。为了更好的延伸这项服务，要实行主动性个性化服务，馆员持证上岗，实行完全免费服务，学科馆员要成为“信息家”，才是未来学科馆员制度的延伸方向。

| Abstract: | Subject librarian system has experienced buds for period to maturity,which has gained teaching and research staff's trust and dependence.In order to better extend this service,subject librarians should implement the initiative personalized service,hold a card and even provide completely free service.It is the future extension direction of subject librarian system that subject librarians should become information experts. |
