| 摘 要： | 社区教育专职工作者素质是社区教育专职工作者履行岗位职责所应具备的基本素养和品质，是社区教育专职工作者完成社区教育组织、策划、管理、实施、教学等工作所应具备的基本的心理和生理条件。本文综合运用文献研究、访谈调查、问卷调查等方法从不同角度揭示了社区教育专职工作者应该具备的基本素质，提出了一个包含有43个素质要素的社区教育专职工作者素质模型。
