| 摘 要： | 随着唐大中五年归义军的设置,沙州成为河西的政治中心。由于受到凉州吐蕃的隔阻,归义军与唐朝的联系一度只能通过绕道天德军来完成。而在咸通四年之后,河西出现了归义军与凉州节度两个藩镇并存的局面。在设置之初,凉州节度对归义军采取了敌视态度。从乾符年间开始,双方的关系得以改善。直至五代时期,凉州仍希望从归义军获取军事及物资援助。由于归义军已不具备控制凉州的能力,所以,五代时期凉州对于归义军的意义更多的只是停留在保障道路交通层面。
