| 摘 要： | 房地产业具有较强的前后向关联作用。综合全球经济未来景气状况和中国宏观经济运行的周期特点，中国将加入WTO，中央西部大开发战略的实施，国内消费结构和消费者预期的变化，全国与陕西房地产业经营利润的动态轨迹，外商的看好陕西房地产市场，说明陕西房地产业在新世纪的开端面临绝好的机遇。陕西不应拘守于目前主导产业的选择，而应关注房地产的中长期增益前景。

| Abstract: | Estate industry is of a very strong backward and fo rward associative function. Shaanxi's estate industry proves to be favored w ith a n excellent opportunity for development at the beginning of the new century, con sidering the coming resurgence of the world economy, the periodic characteristic s of the operation of China's macro-economy, China's immediate participation in the WTO, the central government's implementation of the strategy of the Great-le ap Development of western China, the anticipated changes of domestic consumption structure and consumers, the dynamic orbit of business profits of the estate in dustry both in our country and in Shaanxi province, and the favorable prospects of Shaanxi's estate industry by foreign businessmen. Under such circumstances, S haanxi's government should cease to adhere to its present choice of the leading industries and show close concern with the middle-and-long-tremed profit-making prospect o f its estate industry. |
