| 摘 要： | 美国高校教师享有的科研权利是学术自由权利的一个重要组成部分。教师的科研权利依据合同法，由与校方签订的雇佣合同来落实、保障。不同高校的学术惯例、历史传统对教师科研权利的具体内容有着一定的影响。

| Abstract: | Research rights of the faculty in America universities is an important part of academic freedom rights. In accordance with contract law, research rights is implemented and protected by employment contracts signed by faculty and university authorities. The academic practice and research historical tradition in different universities influnce the specific content of facllty ’s scientific research rights. |
