| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料、访谈、问卷调查等方法对河北省乡镇综合文化站体育工作进行了全面的调查研究。提出目前河北省乡镇综合文化站体育工作应尽快制定配套政策，完善组织管理体系；开展多种形式的培训，与地方学校资源共享；多方筹资，保障资金落实到位，提高体育硬件设施的使用率；开展丰富多彩的体育活动，形成品牌与特色笨，使河北省乡镇综合文化站发挥其应有的功效。

| Abstract: | Through methods of literature,interviews,questionnaires and so on,a comprehensive research was conducted on township cultural stations sports work in Hebei Province.In order to play its due effect,the authors proposed that presently the township cultural stations sports work should develop complementary policies as soon as possible to improve the organization and management system;carry out various forms of training,sharing resource with local schools;finance from multi-party to assure enough funds in place to improve the utilization of sports hardware facilities;carry out a variety of sports activities,creating brand and features. |
