| 摘 要： | 红廉文化即红色廉政文化，是具有红色文化属性与廉政内核和本质的先进文化，革命圣地西柏坡孕育与培养了红色廉政文化血脉，形成了特有的西柏坡红廉文化。西柏坡红廉文化具有独特的内涵和特质。弘扬西柏坡红廉文化对于构建社会主义核心价值体系，推进“四个全面”战略布局，保持党的先进性和纯洁性，实现中华民族的伟大复兴具有重大而深远的意义。

| Abstract: | Red honest culture is the advanced culture with the features of red and honest government. Xibaipo, as a holy place of revolution, cultivates the blood of red honest government culture. As a result, it forms unique red honest culture in Xibaipo. Xibaipo red honest culture owns its unique connotation and characteristics. For one thing, developing and expanding Xibaipo red honest culture can not only contribute to construction of socialist core value system, but also promote the strategic layout of“Four Comprehensives”. For another thing, it can make Chinese Communist Party maintain fullly the progressiveness and purity. At the same time, it is conducive to the great rejuvenation of Chinese Nation. |
