| 摘 要： | “互联网+”背景下,电子商务与农村经济的结合为农业发展带来了新的思路,但同时农村电子商务在发展中也面临诸多问题。引入比较优势指数法对保定各地优势农产品进行测算,并就保定农村电商发展现状进行实地调研,结果表明:保定农产品网店已初具规模,店铺分布呈现非均衡性,经营主体以青年人为主,原材料供应型店铺占主导地位,电商发展的配套系统如人才、科技信息服务平台、物流配送系统等仍不完善,成为制约电商发展的主要因素,亟须各部门配合综合加以解决,形成农村电商的整体合力,为推动农村产业结构的转型升级提供助力。

| Abstract: | Under the“Internet+”background,the combination of e-commerce and rural economy has brought new ideas for agricultural development,but at the same time,rural e-commerce also faces many problems in its development.The article introduces the comparative advantage index method to measure the advantages of agricultural products in Baoding and conducts field surveys on the status of development of rural e-commerce in Baoding.The results show that:Baoding’s online store for agricultural products has begun to take shape,and the distribution of stores is uneven.Mainly,raw material supply shops dominate,and the supporting systems for e-commerce development,such as talents,scientific and technological information service platforms,and logistics and distribution systems,are still incomplete and have become the main factors restricting the development of e-commerce.Urgently,various departments must cooperate to comprehensively solve and form.The overall synergy of rural e-commerce provides assistance for the transformation and upgrading of rural industrial structure. |
