| 摘 要： | 软式排球作为一项新兴的体育运动项目已步入我国。因软式排球具有球体软,速度慢,气压小及健身性、趣味性、游戏性强等特点,加之场地简单,规则随意,不受年龄性别限制,易于推广。随着国民健身意识的不断提高,分析软式排球的特点,其目的就是让更多的人认识和了解软式排球运动,推动软式排球运动的广泛开展。

| Abstract: | The soft volleyball is used as a newly arisen athletics exercise item in our country. The citizens' consciousness to do exercises to keep fit is increasing continuously. The paper intends to analyze the characteristics of the soft volleyball, make more people understand this new exercise, and push the soft type volleyball to further spranding. |
