| 摘 要： | 先进性始终是历史发展和社会兴亡的象征,是政党生存和发展的根本条件。高等学校党员先进性教育与基层党组织建设是辩证统一的关系。在新形势下,高校党的基层组织作为党在高校开展全部工作和战斗力的基础,只有坚持以党的思想建设创新引领教育理念的创新;以党的组织建设创新推动教育管理机制的创新;以党的作风建设创新带动领导班子建设的创新,党的基层组织才能更好地承担起培养社会主义合格建设者和接班人的重任。

| Abstract: | Advancedness is not only the symbol of development of history and the prosperity and adversity of society,but also the basic requirement of the survival and development of a party.The model education of the members of communist party and the building of party organization at the basic level in university are dialectical.Now the basic party organization in university,which is the base of launching all the work and the fighting power,should insist on heading the educational theory creativity with the creativity of ideological education in out party,should promote the creativity of the educational management system via the creativity of the building of our party organization,should bring along the creativity of the building of leading organization by means of cultivation of a fine work style.Only by all the above,the basic organization of our party can undergo the important task of fostering qualified builders and successors of socialism. |
