| 摘 要： | 国家现代化建设的各类专门人才主要通过高等学校培养,高校教师是完成这一任务的主体,既要传授知识,又要创新知识.根据高校教师的基本工作任务,其本身应具备的素质为高尚完善的师德;广博精深的业务素质;积极健康的身心素质;掌握运用教育规律;具备创新意识和创新能力.如何提高这些教师自身素质,加强师资队伍建设,应以师德建设为突破口;以党的建设为龙头;加强常规建设;以青年教师队伍建设为重点.只有这样,才能建设一支结构优化、素质良好、富有活力、水平较高的教师队伍.

| Abstract: | The various kinds of special personnel needed in the construction of the countrys modernization are mainly trained through colleges and universities, where teachers who create knowledge while teaching it are the major body to execute the task. According to the basic work task, the qualities college teachers should possess are: perfect teachers morals; deep and thorough business abilities; active and healthy quality physically and mentally; grasp and application of educational principals; creative consciousness and competence. When it comes to improving teachers themselves quality, intensifying the construction of teachers lines, teachers morals building should be taken as a breakthrough; Party building as the guide; regular construction as the basis; youth teachers line construction as the emphasis; Only by this, an active higher level teachers line with qualified structure and strong competence shall be formed. |
