| 摘 要： | 高等教育和区域经济之间的协同发展,是我国高等教育改革和区域经济转型过程中亟待解决的问题。二者之间协同发展的动力是高等教育能够为区域社会提供人才支持,同时高等学校具有科技研发和技术创新的优势资源,而企业拥有科研所需的资金支持,两者合作可以有效配置资源,互惠互利;但技术创新的高风险以及跨领域合作产生的信息不对称等问题严重阻碍着高等教育与区域经济的协同发展。因此,需要从横向协同和纵向协同两个维度构建高等教育与区域经济的协同发展策略,横向上达到高等教育与区域经济之间的目标协同、战略协同、组织协同和知识协同,纵向上高等教育要在学科门类和结构、人才培养模式上与区域经济发展需求相适应,加强产学研合作的深度,最终实现区域经济的可持续发展,达到多方共赢的局面。

| Abstract: | The coordinated development of Higher Education and Regional Economic is to achieve new results or objectives cannot be achieved in a single subsystem by the nonlinear interaction between Higher Education and Regional Economic subsystem, and that is to produce a ＂1 ＋1〉 2 ＂ synergy. To achieve the coordinated development of higher education and regional economic needs to be explored from the two dimensions of horizontal and vertical synergy, besides the synergy of goal,strategic,organization and knowledge between Higher Education and Regional Economic should be reached on horizontal dimension, furthermore higher education needs to be adapted to the requirement of regional economic development on disciplines and structure, patterns of the talents training, innovates the institute cooperation pattern,and gives full play to the functions of Science Park, at last the coordinated development of Higher Education and Regional Economic, and win-win situation will be achieved. |
