莫高窟第249窟窟顶壁画图像学研究

摘    要:围绕莫高窟第249窟窟顶壁画的主要图像,中外学者采用了不同的研究方法,从不同的视角进行了深入研究,形成了不同的结论。目前,学术界对这些图像尚不能形成统一的定论,但是基于欧文·帕诺夫斯基的图像学研究三个阶段的基本理论,综合前人的研究成果,从宏观上把握这些图像的组合原则,可以初步形成一个图像学的解释:不同文化渊源图像的“混用”汇聚成一个整体,共同表达了一个隐藏在图像背后的意义,即一个融合了外来佛教思想和本土道教思想的古代敦煌人心中的宇宙幻象。

Abstract:Although the scholars at home and abroad have studied the main images on the top murals of Cave No. 249 in the Mogao Grottoes from different perspectives, they couldn't reach an agreement. At present, no conclusion can be made on these images in academic circle. However, by integrating the predecessor' s research achievement and studying the combination principles of these images at a macro level, an illustration of iconology may take its initial shape based on the theory of iconology proposed by Erwin Panofsky. To sum up, the "combination" of the images from the different cultural origins converged into a whole and demonstrated a shared signifieanee concealed in the images. Namely, it is a cosmic illusion of a fusion of the exotic Buddhism thought and local Taoism thought.
