面向21世纪大专学历小学教师教育的专业设置与课程体系构想

摘    要:我国大专学历教师教育模式及课程体系建构的实验工作已开展多年,取得了一定的经验和成果,同时存在诸多不足.大专学历小学教师教育专业设置应以高中毕业生为教育对象,学制三年,按小学课程门类分科设置相应的学科教育专业来培养专业教师.在课程体系建构上应该遵守五个基本原则,建立由公共综合基础课、专业主干课、教育类课、思想政治及职业道德课四部分组成的课程体系框架.同时加强教育实践环节,把教育实习由原来的6周延长为15周,以利培养出高素质的具有大专学历的小学教师.

Abstract:The experimental work of the educational mode and curriculum system frame of teachers graduated from colleges in our country has been carried out for many years and has achieved due experience and achievements; besides, there are many deficiencies. Specialties offered of the education of primary school teachers graduated from colleges should take graduates from senior schools as educational targets; the length of schooling should be 3 years; appropriate subject education specialties should be offered to the branch according to categories of courses in primary schools; professional teaches should be trained. Five basic principles should be complied with in framing curriculum system; the curriculum system frame which consists of common integrated basic courses, specialized main courses, educational courses and ideological and political and professional ethics courses should be set up. Besides, the link of teaching practice should be intensified; the length of teaching practice should be extended to 15 weeks from 6 weeks before, which is good for training high quality primary school teachers graduated from colleges.
