| 摘 要： | 以提供公共服务体系的方式为远程高等教育服务,已成为开展远程高等教育的大趋势,要促进它可持续发展,一些基本的理论问题、实际操作层面的问题是必须研究的。文中对促进可持续发展的基础性问题、发展的定位问题、公共服务体系的建立问题、品牌建设的问题,作了一些探讨性的阐述。

| Abstract: | The way that we provide the public service system for distance higher education has become a main trend of developing distance higher education?If we want to prompt its continuable development,we must research some essential theory issues and the practical operation issues?In this text,I will give some probing illumination for the following aspects from the angle of our consideration in the daily work:the essential issues of prompting the continuable development,the orientation issues of its development,the issues about the construction of the public service system,the issues about the construction of building up the name brand,and so on? |
