| 摘 要： | 就业导向是职业教育改革与发展的主旋律.课程改革,是提高教学质量、提高人才培养质量的关键.以就业为导向进行系统的中等职业教育课程改革,包括构建课程体系、改革教学内容、建立课程标准与课程模式、更新教学方法与手段、确定职业能力测评内容与标准等,将从根本上改变中等职业学校的人才培养模式,更新办学理念,推动职业教育的更快发展.

| Abstract: | Giving career guidance to students has become the main trend in the reform and development of vocational education.Curriculum reform is crucial for enhancing the teaching quality and talents cultivating quality.The curriculum reform in the career-oriented secondary vocational education,which involves constructing the curriculum system,innovating the teaching content,setting the curriculum standard and curriculum mode,updating the teaching methods and determining the content and the criteria for occupational assessment,will change fundamentally the talents cultivating mode,update the concept of running vocational education,and promote the development of the vocational education. |
