| Abstract: | In the paper,the author presents the regulations and rules in management of teachers by the University of the Air Japan and analyses the teacher management status in China open education.The paper puts forward that it is the main strain as well as the guarantee for increasing the strength for systematic school-running to reinforce the management teachers for the open education in Radio & TV University. |
