| 摘 要： | 社区教育和职业教育同属终身学习教育体系的重要部分,构建社区教育、职业教育共同体,有助于完善终身教育体系,扩展社会服务功能,实现资源的优化整合。当前,社区教育和职业教育的融合发展受到国家政策的引领、符合经济社会的发展需要,融合趋势日益显著。构建社区教育、职业教育共同体的策略在于树立"大教育"理念,探索建立"社区-院校"共同体管理机制、资源共享和整合机制,以需求为导向,创新服务机制,建立健全长效发展机制。
