摘    要:采用调研访问法,录像统计法和文献资料法,系统分析了当今世界女子平衡木技术发展的新动向:使用单个低难度动作为上法,运用“三个以上技巧动作”构成的“多连接”结合具有高加分因素的“体操/技巧”(或相反)混合的“二连接”,并采用D组以上难度的空翻或“三连接的空翻下”为下法,是当今世界女子平衡木成套动作结构编排的主要特征。而使用“腾空”的D+D技巧“二连接”和C组难度“同一个空翻”的“三连接”、及开发“单臂前手翻”系列动作的新连接,以及使用E组以上的高难度空翻及其连接为下法,将是未来大赛女子平衡木技术发展的新趋向。

Abstract:Through investigation, interview, video statistics and documentation, the author of this articlesystematically analyzes the new trend of current women's balance beam. Getting on the beam with a singlemoderately difficult movement, followed by a multi joint composed of three or more skillful movements , and thescore-adding double joint of " gymnastic / skill ( or reverse)"blend, and getting off the beam with somersaults ofover D level in difficulty or three jointed somersaults, are the main features of the arrangement of whole setmovements of current women's balance beam. to adopt somersault D plus D joint and three joint which is equal tosomersault of C group in difficulty, to exploit the new joint of one arm forward flip flap series, and to use theexceedingly difficult somersaults of E or above groups and their joints as getting -off movement, will be the newtrend of technical development of balance beam at important international contests
