| 摘 要： | 效益和公平,是我国区域经济发展中长期追求的目标.然而,在许多因素制约下,两者之间往往是相互矛盾、相互抵制的.能否正确地处理好它们之间的关系,是一件关系到区域经济发展、社会政治稳定与否的大事.本文从历史发展的角度,就我国解放前后数十年区域经济发展的实践,浅析其经验、教训,并对今后我国区域经济发展的方向和措施提出几点建议.

| Abstract: | China is long term pursuing benefit and fair play in the development of its regional economy.Stricted by many factors,however,benefit and fair play are always mutual contradictory and mutual resistant.Whether can we correctly handle their relations is of vital importance to the development of China's regional economy and its social and political stability.From history angel,combining with years of practice of China's regional economy before and after liberation,this paper simply analyses its experience and lesson,at the same time,puts forward several proposals to the developing orientation and measures of China's regional economy. |
