教学风格论

摘    要:教学风格是教师在长期教学实践中形成的教学理念和相对稳定的教学个性,教学风格的核心决定于教师的教学个性,没有教学个性的独特性,也就没有多种风格的教学流派.教学风格的形成一般经历模拟探索到发展创新阶段,解决在教学风格形成中的问题,提倡不同的教学流派的发展,提高教学质量,加快培养人才.

Abstract:Teaching style refers to teaching theories and steady teaching individuality that form in the long teaching practice of teachers.The core of teaching style bases on the teaching individuality of teachers.So if there are no characteristics of teaching individuality,there are no different kinds of teaching schools,either.In general,the process of forming teaching style always experiences a process from the stage of simulating and searching to the one of developing and inaugurating.During the process,the problems of teaching style are solved,and the development of different kinds of teaching schools is advocated.At last,the teaching quality is improved and the step of training people is sped up.
