| 摘 要： | 采用调查和访问等科研方法，以济宁市沈河小区的120位居民为研究对象，分析研究健美操运动在该小区的开展情况。结果表明沈河小区健美操运动开展的情况比较差，在组织、教练以及场地等方面存在一定的问题，依据以上分析提出相应的对策，以期为健美操运动在该小区科学、有序的开展提供理论参考。

| Abstract: | Uses scientific research methods and so on the investigation and visit, take the Jining guang river plot 120 inhabitants as the object of study, the analysis research body - building exercises movement in this plot development situation. The result indicated Guang river plot body - building exercises movement develop- ment situation quite is bad, in aspects and so on organization, training as well as location has certain problem, rests on the above to analyze proposed the corresponding countermeasure, take the time as the body -building exercises movement in this plot science, the order development provides the theory reference. |
