| 摘 要： | 众所周知，冷战后，恐怖主义与霸权主义是世界两大危害。它们严重威胁世界和平与安全。正如我们所知道的那样，它们之间存在着一些联系。然而，我们也应清楚地看到，它们之间也存在着重大的区别。因此，对于我们来说，将恐怖主义与霸权主义区别开来，不仅是非常重要的，而且也是非常必需的。作为当今世界最大的社会主义国家，中国正面临着严峻的挑战。为了实现四个现代化，有一个和平的国际环境对我们来说非常重要。中国政府郑重宣告，中国人民强烈反对恐怖主义，同时，也强烈反对霸权主义。我认为，这是一个非常艰巨的任备．我们将有很长的路要走．

| Abstract: | It is well known that after the Cold War, terroism and hegemony are the two large hazards all over the world-Both of them are threatening the peace and safety of the world greatly. As we all know, there are somerelationships between them. However, we should clearly see that there are vital differences between themTherefore, as far as I am concerned , it is not only very important but also it is very necessary for us to distinguishterroism from hegemony. As the largest socialist country in today' s world ,China is being faced with severechallenge. In order to realize the four modernizations, it is very important for us to have a peaceful internationalenvironment. The Chinese government has declared that the Chinese people are strongly against terroism and atthe same time, we are also strongly aganst hegemony. In my opinion, this is a very arduous task and we will havea long way to go. |
