| 摘 要： | 改革开放后,我国的经济面貌在短期内发生了翻天覆地的变化,但是政治体制改革却相对滞后,尤其是传统政治体制的“总病根”——权力过分集中——还没有得到根本解决,严重影响了社会主义的生机和活力。政治体制改革滞后既有经济、文化、外部世界的因素,也有传统政治体制本身的原因,因此需要具体分析。

| Abstract: | Since reform and openingup,great changes have taken place in the economic field of our country in a short period,however,the progress in the political system reforms is relatively slow,and especially the main syndrome root,namely the excessively centralized power,is not solved foundamentally,seriously impeding the modernization process.There are raasons in the fields of economy,culture and outer surroundings as well as in the traditional political system itself,therefore,needing concret analysis. |
