| 摘 要： | 学生体育伤害事故的频发已成为学校体育管理非常重视的问题。如何转移学校风险，走出学校所面临的学生体育意外伤害事故之困境，是我们当前学校要解决的实际问题。目前，我们应该对学校体育保险状况寄予高度重视，建立一种适合学校体育保险发展的学校体育保险机制，并通过各种立法积极推进学校体育保险的实施，减少体育伤害带来的损失，缓解社会与学校的矛盾，有力地促进学校阳光体育活动的开展。

| Abstract: | School sports administration has attached great importance to the frequent students＇ injuries in sports. How to transfer the risk of school and get rid of the predicament of students accidents injuries is the virtual problem that we ought to solve. So far, we ought to pay more attention to the school sports insurances condition. And the study is trying to establish a kind of school sports insurance mechanism suitable for the development of the school sports insurance and actively promoted the implementation of the school sports insurance through a variety of legislations to reduce the losses caused by sports injuries, to ease the contradiction between society and the school and effectively promote the conduction of the school sports activites. |
