| 摘 要： | 从微观层面——农户的角度出发,以土地利用变化的驱动机制为理论依据,通过深入基层进行问卷调查的方式,得出现阶段龙游县农户土地流转和土地利用变化各自的特点,并在影响农户土地流转行为的各个相关因素和土地利用变化之间建立计量回归模型,经过模型的显著性检验后发现：农户现有农用地面积、农地流转率、农产品销售率和农户家庭非农收入占总收入的比例这四个因素显著影响着土地利用变化,针对相关结果提出了推进土地流转、活跃农贸市场以及实施农业产业结构调整等建议。

| Abstract: | This paper,proceeding from the micro perspective,namely,the peasant households and based on the driving mechanism of land use change as a theoretical analysis,takes the farm households of Longyou County as the objects to study the characters of the agricultural land circulation and the land-use changes now,and then build the economic regression models of relevant factors of the agricultural land circulation behaviors and the land-use changes through grassroots level investigation,in which discovering existing farm area,the rate of cultivated land,the sales rate of agriculture products and the proportion of blame farming income in gross income playing a marked role in the land-use changes,according to this results,this paper delivers some constructive suggestions concerned in terms of promoting the land circulation,activating agricultural trade market and adjusting agricultural structure,etc. |
