| 摘 要： | 未来几年是我国大学生就业压力愈来愈大的几年,更多的大学毕业生面临就业困境。因此,对大学生进行创业教育,培养具有创新、创造和创业能力的高素质人才,就成为当前高等学校的重要任务。与此同时,大学生也应该从现实出发,改变自己的就业观念,培养自我发展和创业的能力。

| Abstract: | With the difficulty of finding a job is getting bigger and bigger,more and more undergraduates are facing the problem of employment. Therefore,to cultivate high-quality personnel with ability of innovation,creativeness and entrepreneurship became an important task for college education. Meanwhile,based on the reality,college students should adjust their concepts of employment; enhance their ability of self-development and entrepreneurship. |
