摘    要:本文以贵阳学院工程训练中心分层次的工程训练实践教学体系为例,探讨了工程训练在工科本科生四年学习过程中,如何通过实训课程的设置和实训活动开展,培养学生的学习兴趣,提高学习热情,锻炼学生的实际工作能力,并逐步形成较为明确的职业取向,并最终达到培养学生应用能力、创新能力和工作能力的目的。

Abstract:This paper takes different levels of practice teaching system in engineering training in the engineering training center of Guiyang University as an example, to explore how to improve the undergraduate engineering student' s learning interest, increase their enthusiasm for learning, and train them in practical work through training curriculum and training activities in four years' learning. Gradually, drive the students to develop more specific career orientation and finally to improve their application ability, innovation ability and working competence.
