改性活性炭吸附SO2的试验研究

摘    要:采用浸渍法改性活性炭对SO2废气脱硫进行实验研究,结果表明:分别经过KI、Zn(NO3)2、HNO3改性的活性炭吸附效果较好。在吸附温度25℃,SO2浓度2900ppm,空速0.26m/s,吸附剂用量为2g的条件下,经KI、Zn(NO3)2、HNO3改性的活性炭吸附能力分别提高了116%、25%和16.7%。

Abstract:Concentration sulfur dioxide waste gas is desulfurized by the modified active carbons that are obtained by impregnation method. Research results show that the adsorption efficiency of the active carbons were improved with KI,Zn( NO3 )2 ,HNO3. On the condition that the temperature of adsorption is 25℃, the space velocity gas about 0.26m/s and the concentration of sulfur dioxide on the inlet around 2900 ppm, and the quantity of adsorbent 2g, the adsorption capacity goes up by 116%, 25% and 16. 7% with the modified active carbons obtained by KI, Zn( NO3 )2 ,HNO3.
