印楝素抑制果蝇生长发育的研究

摘    要:印楝素处理对果蝇生长、发育及繁殖有显著影响。当印楝素处理浓度为1μg/mL时,果蝇成虫质量下降10.49%;幼虫期历时、产卵历时、卵孵化历时及羽化历时各期历时分别延长4.15%,28.64%,10.17%,12.01%;蛹化率、羽化率、繁殖率下降极显著,分别下降44.38%,33.70%,71.27%。当印楝素处理浓度为5μg/mL时,果蝇成虫质量下降14.53%;幼虫期历时、产卵历时、卵孵化历时、羽化历时分别延长7.29%,47.29%,20.06%,23.46%,果蝇蛹化率、羽化率、繁殖率分别下降46.74%,41.69%,82.12%。研究数据提示印楝素对幼虫及成虫生长过程影响较小,印楝素抑制果蝇生长主要通过抑制其变态发育及繁殖过程。

Study on the Inhibition of Azadirachtin on Drosophila

Abstract:There have a significant impact when using Azadirachtin( Aza) deal with Drosophila. 10. 49% quality decline in the adult Drosophila when the concentration of Aza is 1μg /ml. The lasted time of larval stage,spawning,egg incubation and feathered prolonged 4. 15%,28. 64%,10. 17%,12. 01% respectively and the pupation rate,emergence rate,reproduction rate has dropped down 44. 38%,33. 70%,71. 27% respectively. 14. 53% quality decline in the adult Drosophila when the concentration of Aza is 5μg /ml. The lasted time of larval stage,spawning,egg incubation and feathered prolonged 7. 29%,47. 29%,20. 06%,23. 46% respectively and the pupation rate,emergence rate,reproduction rate has dropped down 46. 74%,41. 69%,82. 12% respectively. Our data suggest that Aza have small impacting on the growth of larvae and adults. It inhibited the growth of Drosophila by inhibiting their metamorphosis and reproductive processes.
