| 摘 要： | 我国汽车保有量的持续增长和私人购车所占比例的日益增加,促成了汽车服务市场的快速发展和较大的获利空间。而目前我国汽车服务业的人才缺口巨大且整体素质有待提高,不能满足市场的需求。因此,针对汽车服务市场和现有人才的状况,探讨一种新的人才培养模式,培育出一批适应市场需求的既懂技术又懂管理的应用型人才应成为高等院校研究的重点课题。
