| 摘 要： | 采用文献综述法对武术自然美的内涵及其本质进行研究,武术的自然美,就是武术运动最初经过模仿自然、取象造化、结合人类生活实践中的防身自卫和攻防技击经验积累而成的自然本色美。武术运动的自然美主要是通过运动员的形体美、武术动作的象形美、节奏美和意境美来表现。人类在自然这一对象化的感性形象中观照到自身,实现人的本质力量的对象化,这便是武术自然美的本质。

| Abstract: | Through the study of the natural beauty of Wushu and its essence adopting the method of literature review,the article points out that the natural beauty of Wushu roots in the imitation of natural beauty,forms in the life experiences of human beings,such as skills of self-protection and self-defense.The natural beauty is realized through the sportsmen's figure,rhyme,spiritual state.Human beings embody themselves through the perceptual target image and realize their objectification of human beings' essential power,which is the natural beauty of Wushu. |
