分光光度法测定水中微量元素Cu(Ⅱ)

摘    要:在pH为6-7范围内,用分光光度法测定不同水样中微量元素铜(Ⅱ)的含量。Cu(Ⅱ)与二苯碳酰二肼生成红色配合物,最大吸收波长为545nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为ε=1.297×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1,Cu(Ⅱ)含量在测定范围内服从朗伯比耳定律,测定结果的相对标准偏差RSD=2.86%(n=7),回收率试验结果在98-102%之间。用于水样中微量铜的测定,结果满意。

Abstract:Spectrophotometer is used to test the different water samples Copper(Ⅱ) content in the pH range 6-7. Cu(Ⅱ) and diphenylcarbazide hydrazine form a red complex with its molar. Absorption maximal of the complex are found at the wavelength of 545 nm and its apparent molar absorptive is ε=1.297×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1. The Copper(Ⅱ)content in the context fits the Lambert's law, and RSD=2.86%(n=7) values calculated from the analytical results and values of recovery found were in the range of 94% to 101%. Satisfactory result is obtained for determination of microa-mounts copper in water.
