| 摘 要： | 经济发展史表明,落后地区的开发是世界各国现代化过程中面临的普遍问题。本文通过把我国的西部开发与其他国家的开发进行比较对照,试图从中找出有益的经验,从而为我国目前的西部开发模式的选择提供积极的建议。
