| 摘 要： | 高职院校肩负着培养＂高等技术应用性专门人才＂的根本任务,高素质高技能是对高职人才的基本要求。文章从分析高职学生核心能力的内涵入手,解析了当前高职院校核心能力培养过程中存在的问题,在此基础上进一步探讨了培养核心能力的策略。
