| 摘 要： | 高职院校建立ISO9000质量保障体系之后,如何使高职教学质量管理体系得到有效地实施,把握好教学过程控制下的PDCA循环尤为重要。通过运行PDCA循环,可以达到持续改进质量保障体系、提高质量,使上级教育行政部门、学生、家长对高职教育教学服务满意,真正实现对教学质量全过程的监控和保障作用。

| Abstract: | After establishing ISO9000 quality guarantee system,the higher vocational colleges should well control PDCA cycle under the teaching process cycle to effectively implement the teaching quality management system.By running the PDCA cycle,continuous improvement of quality assurance system and quality can be achieved.So the higher education administrative departments,student and parents would be satisfied with the higher education service and monitoring and guaranteeing the whole process of teaching quality can be truly realized. |
