| 摘 要： | 高职院校辅导员是学校教育工作的重要组成部分,是对学生开展思想政治教育的中坚力量.分析当前高职院校基层辅导员队伍的现状,指出应加强高职院校队伍建设,提升辅导员队伍的素质,确保辅导员队伍的稳定,不断将辅导员的建设工作合理化,有效保证学生思想教育的时效性.

| Abstract: | The counselors in vocational colleges are a significant part of college education and the back -bone force of polit- ical education. This paper analyzes the current situation of basic level counselors and points out that strengthening the con- struction of higher vocational colleges,promoting the quality of counselors, guaranteeing their stability and rationalizing con- stantly the team work will guarantee the efficiency of students＇ political education. |
