| 摘 要： | 新医改方案的发布是为了解决群众“看病难,看病贵”的问题,使医疗服务回归其公益性,这使医院面临着诸多新形势和新挑战.一直以来,无论公立还是私立医院都比较重视“硬实力”建设,扩大医院规模,增加高精尖仪器设备,却忽视了自身“软实力”的提升,致使部分医院形象较差、医患关系紧张、患者满意度低等现象凸显.新医改背景下,大力加强医院软实力建设,可以增强医院竞争力,塑造医院良好形象,改善医患关系和提升医疗服务水平.

| Abstract: | The new medical reform program is to solve the problem of being difficult and expensive to see a doctor, which made the medical treatment to return to public health services and enables the hospital to face many new situations and new challenges. Not only public but also private hospitals are concerned about hard power, but ignore their soft power promotion, which lead to part of the hospitals are in poor image. Under the background of new medical reform, the hospitals should strengthen the construction of hospital soft power to enhance the competitiveness, shape good image,improve the doctor - pa- tient relationship and promote the medical services level. |
