| 摘 要： | 分析高校初任教师教学技能存在的教学基本功不扎实、教学艺术不高、师生沟通不畅、传统教学与现代教学方法不协调等方面的问题，提出要从教师自身、学校、社会三方面共同努力，提高高校初任教师的自我责任意识和自主发展意识，加强业务素质培养，善于总结经验，重视职前培训，改革评价制度和激励机制，切实保证高校初任教师教学技能的快速提高。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the problems of the teaching skills of new teachers in colleges, which are mainly manifested in four aspects：basic teaching skills are not solid, teaching art is not high, the communication between teachers and students is not clear and traditional and modem teaching methods do not coordinate. In order to ensure the teaching skills of the new teachers to improve quickly, all the new teachers, colleges and the society should make efforts to improve the consciousness of responsibility of the new teachers,enhance their professional qualities and emphasize their pre -job training, the evaluation system and incentive mechanism. |
