基于教研融合的经济管理专业教学案例创作

摘    要:经过采用Nvivo质性分析软件对某教育集团下属应用型高校经管类专业培养方案进行词频分析,并将统计结果与案例教学法教学效果进行比较分析,可得出,案例教学法同样能有力支持应用型人才的培养。根据高校学生阅读素养调研数据反映的能力特征和教学案例的规范模式,设计适用的决策型教学案例正文创作模式,可以课程知识点为决策点,在高校所在区域选取案例企业,以及参照纪录片创作模式进行写作。教师能够发挥创作模式的最佳效能,教学案例创作亦可畅通教师“教研融合”的专业发展路径。

Teaching Case Creation of Economic Management Specialty Based on the Integration of Teaching and Research

Abstract:In this paper,the Nvivo software is adopted to analyze the word frequency of the talents training plans from an applied-oriented vocational education group,then the statistical results are compared with the teaching effect of the case analysis method.It is believed that the case teaching method can also effectively support the training of application-oriented talents.In addition,based on the characteristics of reading ability reflected by the survey of college students’reading literacy,and referring to the standard model of teaching cases,this paper proposes a suitable pattern for the body content writing of decision-making type.The writers should take the course knowledge point as the decision point,select the case enterprise in the region where the college is located,and write by referring to the creation mode of documentary film.Teachers have advantages to give full play to the best efficiency of this creative writing pattern,while case writing can also smooth the professional development path of“teaching-research integration”.
