| 摘 要： | 高职院校学生是粤港澳大湾区建设的重要人才储备,随着大湾区的快速发展,为培育高职学生的现代"工匠精神"提供了良好的外部条件,但高职院校存在对"工匠精神"培养重视度不够、培养方式过于单一、教学缺乏实践支撑等弊端,通过从思想认知、培育实施、培养模式、未来发展前景等角度,对广东建设职业技术学院师生在粤港澳大湾区背景下高职院校"工匠精神"培育现状进行实证调查,探究培育高职学生"工匠精神"存在问题的原因及有利条件,提出从课堂教学渗透、实践教学融入、社会文化熏陶等方面培育高职院校学生"工匠精神"的建议。

| Abstract: | The higher vocational college students are an important talent reserve for the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.With the rapid development of the Greater Bay Area,it provides a good external condition for cultivating the modern craftsman spirit of higher vocational college students.However,higher vocational colleges have disadvantages such as the insufficient attention to the cultivation of craftsman spirit,the too-single training methods,and the lack of the practical support in the teaching.Through the perspectives of the ideological cognition,the cultivation implementation,the training model and the future development prospects,an empirical investigation of the status quo of the cultivation of craftsman spirit in higher vocational colleges in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is conducted among the teachers and students of Guangdong Construction Vocational Technical College.The reasons and favorable conditions for the problems in cultivating the craftsman spirit of higher vocational students are analyzed.The suggestions for cultivating the craftsman spirit of higher vocational college students are put forward from the aspects of classroom teaching penetration,the practical teaching integration,and the social and cultural influence. |
