| 摘 要： | 继续教育的发展,既要确保量的需求,更要确保质的要求。但在继续教育发展的实践中,继续教育教学质量得不到足够的重视是全社会的普遍现象,这严重制约了继续教育教学水平的提升,影响人才培养的质量,影响继续教育在社会上的口碑。新时代背景下继续教育要转变观念,要重视构建质量保证评价体系,为继续教育明确发展的方向和发展的要求,推动继续教育全面科学发展。

| Abstract: | The development of continuing education should not only ensure the demand of quantity,but also the demand of quality.However,in the practice of the development of continuing education,the lack of adequate attention to the quality of continuing education teaching is a common phenomenon in the whole society,which seriously restricts the improvement of continuing education teaching level,affects the quality of personnel training and the reputation of continuing education in society.Under the background of the new era,continuing education should change its concept,attach importance to the construction of quality assurance evaluation mechanism,clarify its direction and development requirements,and promote the comprehensive and scientific development of continuing education. |
