| 摘 要： | 本文重点讨论了体育教育中的人格教育的方式方法。体育教育必须融入人格培养的基本发展理念,以人的发展为中心,这体现了体育教育改革的成果。体育教育中的人格教育就是教导学生对自己身心进行自我培养,树立正确的世界观、人生观,价值观,形成完善人格的过程。

| Abstract: | This paper focus on the methods of personality education in physical education.Sports education must a- dapt the personality development as the basic idea.It should be people-centered.This shows that the results of physical education reform.Personality education in physical education is a process of teaching students their physi- cal and mental self-cultivation,establish a correct oudook on the world,life and values,and establish a sound personality. |
