| 摘 要： | 本文总结了当前我国中小学教师的心理健康存在的较严重的问题,同时借鉴相关的理论和研究方法,从社会因素、工作环境因素和个人因素三大层面剖析了其成因。相对应地,也从这三个层面提出了一些对策。
