| 摘 要： | 创业教育关键在于创业心理素质的培养。创业教育如果想要真正产生实效,必须通过整个学校的文化思想教育氛围对学生进行创业意识的全方位渗透、激发创业灵感、提高个体的创业能力并加强对个体非智力因素的培养,最终实现个体创业心理素质的提高。
