| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法和数理统计法,分析和揭示珠江三角洲地区农村居民的体育意识与体育行为现状及存在的问题。结果表明：＂珠三角＂农村居民表现出积极的体育锻炼态度,但体育知识的总体认知程度较弱;农村居民参加体育锻炼的动机以促进健康、防病治病为主;农村居民喜爱的锻炼项目和经常参与的项目存在较大的反差;农村居民体育锻炼频度低、持续时间短,缺乏组织性和计划性。最后从组织机构及队伍建设、资源利用和经费筹集等方面提出了针对性建议。

| Abstract: | Using the methods of questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics, this paper analyzes and reveals the current situation and existing problems of rural residents＇ sport consciousness and sport behavior in Pearl River Delta area. The results show that rural residents in Pearl River Delta area have active exercise attitude but do not have good general sports knowledge. The main motives for rural residents to join in the physical exercises are to keep healthy, prevent and cure diseases. However, there are great contrasts between their favorite physical exercise items and their frequent participating ones. They partici pate in physical activities with low frequency, short duration and the lack of organization and plan. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the organizing institutions and team construction, resource utilization and funds raising, etc. |
