河北体育学院学生与专业运动员跳高技术对比分析

摘    要:采用爱捷三维运动录像分析系统和三维测力系统对河北体育学院学生和河北省体工队专业运动员的跳高技术进行运动学和动力学分析,发现河北体育学院学生跳高的专项肌肉能力,特别是左腿的臀大肌、股四头肌、小腿三头肌、胫骨后肌等的快速离心收缩能力不足。河北体育学院学生在起跳过程中表现出的冲击力值小、总冲量小、平均肌肉功率较低等力学特性反映出河北体育学院学生与体工队员的专项能力的差距。

Abstract:3D video analysis system and force platform were applied to study the technique of the high-jump between the collegians and the professional athletes in Hebei province.It was found that the special skeletal muscle ability in jump-high is defective of these students in Hebei Institute of Physical Education,especially the eccentric contraction of the ectogluteus,musculus quadriceps femoris,triceps muscle of calf,posterior tibial muscle of the left leg was not enough.Impulsive force and total impulse were under the average,the average muscle power was inadequate.This reflected the distance between the collegians and the professional athletes.
