| 摘 要： | 失地农民是我国城市化快速发展的产物,是被城市边缘化的弱势群体.发展失地农民体育不仅是统筹城乡,实现公共体育服务均等化的必然要求,也是维护社会公平正义,促进国家和谐稳定的有效途径.然而当前发展失地农民体育还存在着政策制度不完善、主体意识低下、资金缺乏和理论研究薄弱等困境.针对这些困境,指出应完善相关政策法规,并加大执行与监督力度；加强社会融合,形成多元互动机制；通过多渠道筹资、多方面共建等方式促进失地农民体育健康发展.

| Abstract: | Landless farmers are the product of the rapid development of China＇s urbanization and the urban marginalized vulnera ble groups. To develop the landless farmers＇ sports does not only balance the urbanrural development and realize the equaliza tion of public sports, but also promote national harmony and stability with safeguarding the social fairness and justice. However, the imperfect system, the low awareness, lack of funding sources and the lack of theoretical research are the major factors in the current development of the landlessfarmers＇ sports. To solve these difficulties, this paper suggests intensifying the implementa tion of the relevant policies and regulations and supervision, and enhancing social integration and the formation of multiple inter action mechanisms through multichannel financing, and promoting the development of the landless farmers＇ sports in healthy way. |
